Here are some tips for your first class with us:

  • Bring a yoga mat, or use one of our complimentary studio mats

  • Bring a bottle of water, and hydrate well before and after the class

  • Avoid eating a big meal 2 hours before class

  • Wear light-weight stretchy clothing for better movement

Do I need to book in for a class?

Yes, please. All classes at South Coast Soul are booked in advance. The reason being that we have several weekly classes that regularly sell out. If for any reason you can’t attend a booked class you can jump online and cancel your booking and you will be credited the amount toward any future booking.

How can I book in for a class?

There are two ways you can book in for a class at South Coast Soul:

  1. Navigate to the Timetable tab in the menu above and choose a class from the Wellness Living timetable. You can select to view the current week or future weeks and months via the selection tabs shown. Click on the class that you’d like to attend and if you are a first-time user, you will be directed to set up a Wellness Living account. This only takes a few moments. This is the software that we use to book all of our classes, workshops and special events.

  2. Download the Wellness Living App and create an account linked to South Coast Soul. Once set up, this is by far the easiest and most convenient way to book classes ahead. Please see the instructions and app QR codes here.

Do you have mats and props?

Yes. South Coast Soul is equipped with enough quality mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks and pilates props to furnish a full class. However, you can of course bring your own gear if that is your preference.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel your booking via the CANCEL option in your booking confirmation email, or via your account on the Wellness Living App.

We ask that you please give as much notice as possible when cancelling so that anyone on a waitlist may be able to attend the class. If you are a no-show you will lose your payment for that class subject to our discretion.

Can I book myself and a friend in on my account?

No, our software isn’t built that way. Each person must be booked in individually on their own account due to our online payment system. Please create one account per person.

If you are wanting to book in family members, you may all have the same payment details on separate accounts.
