Yoga Nidra is best described as yogic sleep, or the sleep state between consciousness & ‘going to sleep’
a powerful systemic meditation technique with evidence strongly supporting its effect on stress
management.
Many crave the profound state of relaxation that this class offers, during our time together we will delve
deeper into the effects of meditation, yoga nidra & the complexities on both the body & brain. This
practice enables & equips you with the tools necessary to move through life with strength & flexibility in
both mind & body, each class offering a sense of peace & serenity in a none judgmental, secure space
that provides a window into themselves.
Yoga Nidra is the most accessible of all yoga practices, suitable & highly beneficial for everyone from
children to seniors.

Mums n Bubs – Charlie
11:00am Tuesdays in the Studio

This class has been designed with you in mind, the mother that seeks a safe, nurturing, supported, none
judgmental space, a space for you & about you to safely rediscover yourself as you transition into
motherhood, whether this be for the first or tenth time.
As a mamma myself I encourage you to take whatever you need from this practice,
with as little or as much interaction with bub as you need.
This is an opportunity to create space in your day that allows time to bond with your bub or for you to practice
some much needed self-care with baby safely by your side, no judgement. Together we will move
through a slow practice focusing on breath & a series of gentle poses to ease tension, reduce stress &
promote relaxation whilst gradually building core strength.
And then we ‘Gather’ - creating space for mothers to come together, connect & build our village.
Cultivating a sense of belonging, community & friendship through shared experience, knowledge,
understanding & compassion.
