Traditional Yoga

Bringing calm, connection, stress reduction, and a feeling of total well-being to your body, mind and spirit. Excellent for anytime you need to relax and revitalize your central nervous system. Join Dorothy for a well rounded traditional practice. Suitable for beginners.


Hatha Flow

A steady and grounding sequence helping to reset the body and mind in preparation for the week ahead. With less planking and ‘chaturangas’ than a modern vinyasa flow practice. Katie’s Hatha flow places an emphasis on pausing, feeling and observing what’s on offer within, in each moment. What better way to end your Monday?


Yoga & Meditation

A more traditional practice including Asana, Meditation, Savasana with the addition of Crystal Sound Bowls (Root Charka C note, Heart Chakra F note) Suitable for beginners.


Flow Fit

A modern, uplifting and faster paced physical practice where we cultivate strength and stamina through creating fluid and smooth movements with the body that are matched to the rhythm of our breath. A regular Flow practice will help to build resilience, vitality, confidence and muscle as well as maintaining a high metabolism, healthy posture and an active body. This is the perfect practice for students  who want to practice yoga for a healthy body, without the spiritual aspects of a traditional practice. Facilitate by Natalie. Suitable for beginners.


Yin

A beautiful slow healing practice consisting of long held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - hips, pelvis, inner thighs, back, spine, legs. These areas are especially rich in connective tissue/fascia which responds best to slow and steady movements, utilizing gravitys pull to allow the facial body to release, lubricating joints and strengthening tendons and ligaments. Often with the help of Yoga props (blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps) Yin also helps to stimulate and remove blockages in the meridians (energy pathways). Facilitated by Natalie. Suitable for beginners.


Kids Yoga & Meditation

Kids Yoga and Meditation class teaching children aged 6 - 12 years gratitude, self confidence and tools to better monitor and control their emotions. 6 Week Term (29th May - 3rd July) Facilitated by Natalie. Suitable for beginners.
