This 4 week Home Meditation Course is perfect for anyone wanting to Meditate within the comfort of their own home, as well as parents who are interested in bringing Meditation into their family routine.

This 4 Week Home Meditation Course teaches our online students simple meditation techniques which carry profound benefits such as learning:

4 Week Meditation Course Outline:

  1. Receive 4 x 15 minute Meditations (1 per week) for your daily Home Meditation Practice

  2. Receive 4 x 5 minute micro-meditations to maintain focus and calm throughout the day

  3. Receive password access to our online community ‘Soul Kula’ (Kula - Community)

‘Yoga For Calm’ is perfect for anyone wanting to practice from the comfort of their own home, beginners wanted to establish a home practice before attending a group class, as well as parents who are interested in bringing Yoga into their family routine.
