At South Coast Soul as mothers ourselves, we know that preparing to welcome your little one into the world is such a magical and exciting time which can also be emotional and overwhelming.
Prenatal Yoga is a great way to keep moving, stay strong, stretch out discomfort, breathe, rest and be fully present with your growing baby as well as getting to connect with other local mummas-to-be in a positive, supportive and safe environment.
South Coast Soul’s prenatal yoga program has been put together by Katie Hyde with care and attention aiming to nurture you through this incredibly dynamic process. Our intention is to help you discover and fully embrace the mama you’re becoming!
You'll learn breathing techniques and guided visualizations that release stress - calming and empowering your journey and of course you’ll move, stretch and create space for you and your baby. Most importantly these sessions will allow you to have a moment in your busy week to connect with your little one, and truly soak in all the magic of this time.
This program is suitable for anyone having a healthy pregnancy (without complications) between 13 and 32 weeks. It will run for 4 weeks so please check with your GP that you are good to take part in these gentle sessions.
We will meet every Wednesday at 5:30pm - 6:30pm starting July 10th.
All mats, props and blankets are provided. You can use your existing class pass, purchase a new pass or pay casually as you go.
