- Anxiety
- Overthinking

Along with in depth information and practice of techniques to improve sleep such as:

- Falling asleep mindfully.
- Falling back to sleep after after waking.
- Use of pre and post dream states for self reflection and improvement.
- Dream diaries as a method of self exploration.
