Spring into the new season with our 4 week Acro Partner Yoga Course at South Coast Soul Yoga!

JOIN US on Thursday evenings from 6.30 pm until 8.30 pm.

The course provides a fun and safe environment designed for beginners to learn the foundations and fundamentals of acroyoga, including terminology, body positions, foot positions, hand grips, together with some basic and intermediate poses, transitions and by the end of your 4 week journey you will be able to combine what you have learned to perform an impressive “acro partner yoga flow”.


  • BEGINNER LEVEL - no previous experience with acroyoga or yoga needed

  • NO NEED TO BRING A PARTNER - but you may bring your partner or a friend

  • LIMITED AVAILABILITY - please book ahead to secure your spot as the space is limited


A beautiful practice where 2 people work together to stretch, hold, release each others joints and muscles and encompassing acrobatics, yoga and therapeutics.

Acro Partner Yoga has the propensity to have you feeling weightless, as light as a feather or grounded, with roots like a huge gum tree. It teaches you to be totally present and to use crystal clear, open, honest communication with each other as you carry out the many varied poses and transitions.

You develop strong body awareness, self-confidence and quickly build mutual trust with your partners in a safe and amazingly fun environment. On top of all of the deep and meaningful benefits, you will rapidly increase flexibility, strength, and fitness without feeling like you are doing a workout.

4 weeks of a regular acro partner yoga practice will have your abs, obliques, core, butts, thighs, arms, shoulders and back looking freaking amazing -  YES, IN TIME FOR SUMMER ;)

Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore uncharted territory, as you learn this incredibly addictive practice which is based on communication, trust and respect. Please come prepared to explore and go beyond what you think are your physical and psychological boundaries, be prepared to overcome fears and to fly way out past your comfort zone as you learn to trust and connect with other like-minded adventurous souls like yourself. <3


We intend to run Saturday classes from September onward for those who complete the beginners course which will be structured to advance your practice and introduce amazing poses and Acro Partner Yoga flows that will absolutely blow your mind.

Justin is a Certified Partner Yoga Teacher, ZenThai Shiatsu Bodywork Practitioner and somewhat obsessed lover and practitioner of both the Solar and Lunar aspects of AcroYoga. He combines physically artistic and therapeutic moves in the practice he teaches, providing a fun, yet challenging workout with welcome relief courtesy of some gentle muscle and joint releases in between the exciting poses and transitions. Justin has 3 years of Acroyoga experience and has been teaching classes and workshops in Australia and New Zealand as well as doing Acro Partner Yoga performances and workshops at festivals. With a burning passion for this beautiful practice and a calmness to his encouraging teaching style, you will be shocked at what he will get you doing from your very first lesson.
