When: 6:15 am every Monday, commencing November 26th
Where: Moona Moona Creek (Studio when/if raining)
What to bring:
Yoga mat or Towel.
Journal & Pen
(Optional) Swimmers
Expect:
6:15 am - 6:55 am - Yoga Asana (Move)
6:55 am - 7:15 am - Savasana & Meditation (Pause)
7:15 am - 7:30 am - Journalling (Empower)
7:30 am end of class.

The act of writing also accesses your left brain, which is analytical and rational. While your left brain is occupied, your right brain is free to create, intuit and feel. In short, Writing removes mental blocks and allows you to better understand yourself, others and the world around you.
